These terms govern your use of the UK Auto Growth website and services. By using our site or signing up as a client, you agree to these terms.

Services

UK Auto Growth provides Meta advertising management services to UK-based automotive businesses. Specific scope, deliverables and KPIs are agreed in your individual client agreement.

Eligibility

We only work with businesses registered and operating in the United Kingdom. Submitting a discovery call form does not constitute a guarantee of acceptance.

Payment

Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Meta ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice; no refunds are issued for partial months.

Lead guarantee

Where a written lead guarantee forms part of your agreement, the terms of that guarantee (minimum lead count, qualification criteria, remedy) are set out in your individual client agreement and prevail over any general statements on this site.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for changes to third-party platforms (such as Meta policies) outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
